Is there a minimum order size?
No, you can buy as little, or as much, as you like!
Do you deliver?
Yes, but we only deliver to mainland UK. Unfortunately no deliveries are available outside this area currently. If you have specific requirements, please contact us directly.
Are there any restrictions over products that I can order for delivery?
Yes, unfortunately at present we are not able to offer Celebration Cakes, Speciality Cakes & Entertaining products outside of the ‘Main Delivery Zone’ area. This is due to the highly fragile nature of these products. All other products are available for delivery. Alternatively, All products can be collected from any Belgique store of your choice.
Who will deliver my order?
If you have ordered a Celebration Cake, Speciality Cake or Entertaining product, we will be delivering your order by one of our own refridgerated vans. Any other orders will be delivered by ‘Fastway Couriers’.
What do you charge for delivery?
If your order is under £50 in value delivery is £9.95 for anywhere on UK mainland, with a supplement of £5.05 if you wish a Saturday delivery. Any orders over £50 in value receive free delivery, although the supplement remains if you wish a Saturday delivery
How long will my order be?
You can specify what day you would like your goods delivered & request an Am (before 12pm) or Pm (after 12pm) drop. You will need to leave at least 48hours between placing your order & specifying the date of delivery.
How can you send food by courier?
As we send fresh foods overnight, we send our goods in packaging & with ice packs that keep it insulated & cold.
How quickly can I get my order?
The quickest you will be able to get delivery will be 48hours after placing your order. This allows us time to freshly prepare your order & dispatch it the day before you require it.
Will the courier ‘leave safe’ my parcel if I’m not in?
Yes, but it is essential that you leave delivery instructions in the comments box, if you wish for you package to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. We do suggest however that there is someone present to accept the order, as no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged products that have not been signed for.
Can I collect from one of your stores?
Yes, any products that you order on the internet can be collected at any store. Please ensure that this is highlighted at the checkout & check the store opening times prior to booking.
Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, any products that are suitable for specific dietary needs are highlighted in their listing. If you are looking for something specific though, please contact our office, 02085302112
I have an allergy, can you guarantee your foods are free from specific allergents?
No, unfortunately not, all of our foods are produced & handled in environments where most allergents are present
Do I have to show ID to receive alcohol goods?
If on delivery or collection the recipient looks under the legal age to purchase alcohol, then ID will be asked for.
