Ordering products

Store collections:

Please be aware of individual store opening hours prior to placing your order for store collection. Collections are available from all stores 7 days a week (with the exception of Tottenham Court Road Boutique, & the Brentwood Chipobel, as on public holidays & Sundays they are closed).

Delivery Areas:

Due to the nature of some products we sell, we are unable to deliver every product throughout the UK. Please see details below, clarifying the delivery areas & restrictions that may be in place.

Main Delivery Zone:

Within the main delivery zone, all products that can be purchased through the website, are available for home delivery. Delivery can be requested for any day of the week apart from Sunday & Public holidays

We classify this area as being within the M25 & Non London postcodes that start with the following :

Additional Delivery Zone:

All other areas in the UK mainland not listed above are considered to be within this delivery area. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside of the UK mainland at this time. All products that may be purchased through our website are available for delivery within this area, with the exception of CELEBRATION CAKES, SPECIALITY CAKES & ENTERTAINING

If your delivery address is within this area you may specify any delivery day apart from Monday, Sunday & public holidays. If you require a delivery after a public holiday, any goods will not be able to be dispatched until the next working day after the public holiday. Delivery for these items can be booked for the earliest at the day after dispatch.

Placing an order

When you click on the "purchase" button to complete your order, you are committing to buy the products at the price specified together with any delivery charges that apply to your purchase.
You will be transferred to a payments page where payment by credit/debit card will be required in order to finalise placing your order.
If your order is accepted you will get a confirmation of that order and payment by e-mail. The confirmation is sent to you automatically.
Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. If any of the products become unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative or refund.
Once an order has been accepted, no alterations or amendments may be made to it.
Any orders that require delivery must provide a minimum of 48hours notice in order to do so.

Age Restrictions

In the UK, it is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons less than 18 years. By placing an order of alcohol, you are confirming that the person purchasing or receiving these products is over the age of 18. If there is any doubt then the courier or point of collection may request some form of ID. If they are not satisfied that the recipient is over the legal age then these products will be refused for collection/delivery

Product dispatch

We aim to ensure that all products that are purchased over the internet for delivery or store collection, are done so meeting your requirements. However, there may be extraordinary circumstances where cancellations or variations may be necessary. If we are impacted by circumstances beyond our control, we will aim to contact you as soon as possible to highlight these.

Delivery

All deliveries outside of the ‘main delivery zone’ ( UK Mainlands ) will be made by ‘Fastway Couriers’. Due to the highly perishable nature of some products, any items sent by courier will be packaged in insulated materials and delivered next day delivery at no extra charge.

A minimum of 48hours must be given when any delivery slot is specified. Your goods will be delivered on your specified day, anytime between 8am and 5pm. If you wish to specify either an AM (before 12pm) or PM (after 12pm) slot, this must be completed at the time of ordering.

If delivery is required for any order under the value of £50, this will be chargeable at the rate of £9.95 for a weekday delivery to UK Mainlands only zone.

If you wish for a Saturday delivery, there is an additional £5.05 Supplement

If your order is over the value of £50 we are pleased to be able to offer free delivery to UK Mainlands only zone.

If you wish for a Saturday delivery on orders over this value, the £6.50 supplement is still applicable to UK Mainlands only zone.

Receiving your delivery

At the time of order either a delivery address or store collection point must be highlighted.

We request that the following details are made available, so that we can ensure delivery:

Correct delivery address-we accept no responsibility for orders that have had addresses incorrectly provided
Contact Number

It is your responsibility to arrange a delivery date & address where a recipient will be able to accept the order, no responsibility will be taken for goods that are undeliverable. You may make specific instructions at the time of order for your goods to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. However, Woush Ltd will not be held accountable for the safety of these goods, therefore we strongly recommend someone is in for your agreed delivery slot.

If delivery is unable to take place by the courier & no specific instructions have been given, a calling card will be left. A second attempt to deliver will automatically take place the next day (this does not include orders that include CELEBRATION CAKES, SPECIALITY CAKES & ENTERTAINING) unless you call the couriers to arrange otherwise.

Upon receipt of your goods it is your responsibility to check the contents carefully. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or incomplete you should accept the delivery & inform us immediately

Cancellations and Returns

As our some of our products are made to order and supplied fresh, once an order is accepted we regretfully cannot accept cancellations and refunds
In the unlikely event that the products you receive are unsatisfactory, we ask you contact us immediately. Due to the highly perishable nature of our products we ask you not to return these products without first contacting us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
