Fresh Fruit Gateau (CC010)

Our classic round celebration cake, available in a variety of sizes will delight at any special function.  We start with light, fluffy, round vanilla sponge layers that are slightly soaked with kirsch enriched syrup for added moisture.  This cake is then filled with whipped continental double cream and fresh fruit, encircled with milk chocolate plaques, and topped with diced fresh fruit direct from Spitalfields market and a hand-written message of your choice.
